Maintenance

If within the one year guarantee period, your jewellery requires any maintenance or repairs due to a manufacturing defect, Birks will provide necessary assistance, free of charge, upon inspection of jewellery and proof of guarantee. However, if maintenance or repairs are not attributed to a manufacturing defect or occur after the guarantee period has passed, a service charge will be applied. If any of the above should occur, we recommend presenting this guarantee at your closest Birks authorized retailer.
