HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All purchases are non-refundable. An exchange can be accepted within 10 days from date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, include original packaging and any accompanying collateral. Merchandise that is customized or watch straps that have been cut or adjusted are final sale. Exchanges will only be accepted in the TimeVallée by Maison Birks in which the purchase was made. Gift receipt exchanges are only in accordance with the policy period.

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING IN-STORE?

While engraving services are not available in-store, we'll be happy to assist you with your request. You may still have your item personalized by dropping it off to our location, and we’ll send it out to be engraved on your behalf. Engraving services and pricing are brand-specific and may vary.
