  2. be exhibited, published or distributed and displayed across Birks-owned digital channels;
  3. be promoted through social media;
  4. appear online and be transmitted via the Internet.

You also acknowledge and agree that:

  1. you waive the right to inspect or approve the final content in which your Submission appears;
  2. you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your Submission;
  3. you release and waive any and all claims, past, present and future, against Birks Group Inc., its subsidiaries and related companies as well as their directors, officers and employees, as related to the use of your Submission.
