Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada. To ensure the satisfaction of parcel reception, all our packages require a signature upon delivery. All purchases arrive in a signature Birks Blue Box®. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days business days.

Please provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, as well as the item you would like to buy and its size (if applicable). Please note that only select Birks branded products can be shipped internationally. For non-Birks branded items, please check the brand’s website for purchasing.
RETURNS
You can return regular-priced products by mail or at a Maison Birks store within 30 days of your order date, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or personalized and must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, and warranty materials. Your finger size changes throughout the day, so it’s always best to choose a ring that’s a bit larger rather than too small. If you wish to vary the hand on which you’ll wear the ring, choose the ring size of the largest finger you’ll be wearing the ring on.
When buying multiple stackable rings, select one full size up from your typical size, as you'll be more comfortable wearing them together (e.g. if you're typically a size 6, consider a size 7).
Order one size up from your normal ring size, as this ring will take up more surface area on your finger (e.g. if you're typically a size 6, consider a size 7).
