RETURNS

If, within 60 days from the date of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your Birks diamond engagement ring, Maison Birks will allow you to benefit from an exchange or a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. All claims, returns, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and warranty materials. All returns are subject to a quality inspection to ensure the merchandise meets our return policy criteria. All merchandise purchased with cryptocurrency is final sale. GIA REPORT

A GIA Report is issued with every Birks Diamond that is 0.30 Carat and over. GIA reports represent the highest standard of reliability, consistency and integrity. In fact, it ensures that the diamond has undergone GIA's rigorous grading process - GIA examines the diamond, assesses its qualities based on the 4Cs and describes it in detail in the report. A Birks Diamond Certificate of authenticity is issued with every diamond that is 0.29 Carat and under.

LOSS

If a diamond in your Birks-branded diamond engagement ring is lost from its original mounting within five years of purchase, and the loss is a result of a manufacturing defect, your diamond will be replaced free of charge.

TRADE-UP

Should you wish to upgrade your Birks-branded diamond engagement ring or solitaire diamond jewellery,
Maison Birks will credit the original retail purchase price of your jewellery towards the purchase of another Birks-branded diamond engagement ring or solitaire diamond jewellery (with a retail value that is at least 50% more than the original piece you are trading in). This offer is subject to the condition of the diamond at the time of the trade-up. If you change your mind and wish to reverse the transaction within 30-days of when the trade-up was accepted, we will return your original purchase to you.

SIZING

Should your Birks-branded diamond engagement ring require resizing within five years from the date of purchase, Maison Birks will offer a one-time complimentary resizing.

MAINTENANCE

If your Birks-branded diamond engagement ring requires repair or maintenance within 5 years from the date of purchase the work will be done free of charge.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Birks Diamond Engagement Rings
If, within 90 days from the date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your Birks-branded diamond engagement ring, Maison Birks will allow you to benefit from an exchange or a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt.

Solitaire Diamond Jewellery
If, within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your Birks-branded diamond solitaire jewellery, Maison Birks will allow you to benefit from an exchange or a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt.

EXCLUSIONS

The Birks Diamond Guarantee does not apply to ALTR Lab Grown Diamonds, to custom designs or to items (a) that have been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage or accident, whether intentional or unintentional; (b) that have not been properly maintained;
or (c) that have been altered, modified or serviced by any person other than Birks Group Inc.
