Please provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, as well as the item you would like to buy and its size (if applicable). RETURNS
You can return regular-priced products by mail or at a Maison Birks store within 30 days of your order date, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or personalized and must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, and warranty materials. All Birks diamonds are excellent cut
Carat is the measure of the diamond’s weight and influences the size of the diamond. Typically, the higher the carat weight, the higher the price range of the diamond.
There are 2 types of diamonds: colorless and fancy colored. Colorless diamonds range from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow). Birks carries Dto J coloured diamonds, a testament to our quality.
Clarity is the extent to which a diamond is free from imperfections, also referred to as inclusions.

Your finger size changes throughout the day, so it’s always best to choose a ring that’s a bit larger rather than too small. If you wish to vary the hand on which you’ll wear the ring, choose the ring size of the largest finger you’ll be wearing the ring on.
When buying multiple stackable rings, select one full size up from your typical size, as you'll be more comfortable wearing them together (e.g. if you're typically a size 6, consider a size 7).
Order one size up from your normal ring size, as this ring will take up more surface area on your finger (e.g. if you're typically a size 6, consider a size 7).
