Maison Birks does not directly provide insurance for your jewellery. However; our team can provide you with the necessary documentation for insuring your Birks jewellery through your insurance company. This documentation is complimentary with a new purchase. In cases where presenting the original receipt is insufficient, we can generate the required documentation for insurance purposes.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SELL MY GOLD?

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING IN STORE?

While engraving services are not available in-store, we'll be happy to assist you with with your request. You may still have your item personalized by dropping it off to our location to have it shipped to our Atelier, where the engraving will be prepared for you.
