All online purchases are wrapped in our signature Birks Blue Box® with ribbon. For online orders, please be sure to specify by email to [email protected] if a gift bag is also required.
We offer engraving services on select Birks pieces. When shopping online, eligible items will give you the option to input your engraving when browsing the item. For more information, simply bring the article you would like engraved to any of our Maison Birks stores.
Some Birks items have the option to engrave a personalized message of your choice. Engraving fonts that are available are Amazone BT and Beaufort Pro, and it is possible to engrave any character on a standard keyboard.
If there is a Birks item that is not available in the material and size of your liking, you can contact our Client Experience team at [email protected] to inquire about the possibility of the fulfilling your request.

At Maison Birks, We offer a Replacement Cost Appraisal (for insurance purposes) for jewellery acquired at Maison Birks or elsewhere. We do not offer Market Price Appraisals and do provide information on the item's historical context. We do not buy back pre-owned jewellery at the moment.
