Can I return a sale item?

For all sales purchases, we will accept an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase.

How long do I have to return a regular priced item?

For all purchases made online at MaisonBirks.com, Maison Birks will provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. The merchandise must be received by mail or in a store location. All watches and Chaumet items purchased on MaisonBirks.com can only be returned or exchanged by mail. If, within 60 days from the date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your Birks diamond engagement ring, Maison Birks will allow you to benefit from an exchange or a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt. All claims, returns, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and warranty materials. For all sales purchases, we will accept an exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a quality inspection to ensure the merchandise meets our return policy criteria.

Can I return an item i bought using a Maison Birks gift card/eGift card?

Yes, you may return an item purchased using a Maison Birks gift card or eGift card.

How do I return an item purchased with Installments enabled by Visa?

Returns for purchases made with Installments enabled by Visa follow our standard return process. Please contact your card issuing bank for details about how a refund credit will apply to your account for purchases made with Installments enabled by Visa.

Will my Installment plan be cancelled after I make a return?
