PRIVACY POLICY

I HAVE RECEIVED A SUSPICIOUS EMAIL THAT IS IMPERSONATING MAISON BIRKS/BIRKS. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED? 

To ensure you've received a legitimate email from Maison Birks or Birks, please always check that the sender uses the domain @maisonbirks.com or @birks.com. If you receive an email from a sender that does not use either of those domains, the email should be considered fraudulent and deleted immediately. For your security, we will never ask you for your credit card information through our marketing and promotional emails, such as surveys or competitions and contests.

To help us combat fraudulent activities, we encourage you to report suspicious emails to our Client Services team at info@birks.com.
