ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING

DOES MAISON BIRKS OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Shipping is free of charge for orders shipping within Canada. For orders shipped outside of Canada, it shall be the client's responsibility to pay any applicable shipping, duties and sales taxes on the items. Please contact us for more information.


HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ONLINE ORDER?

Log into your account and click on “Order History.” Your order will be in one of the following statuses:

New: Your order has been received and is awaiting processing.

Processing: Your order has been processed by our team. If further information is required; we will reach out to you.

Shipped: Your order has left our distribution centre, and the shipping information will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

Returned: Your order has been processed for a return and refund.

Cancelled: Your order has been processed for cancellation and a refund.


WHERE CAN I SHIP MAISON BIRKS ORDERS?

We only ship within Canada apart from certain products branded Birks

For orders outside Canada, contact our Client Services team at info@birks.com. Please provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, as well as the item you would like to buy and its size or length (if applicable). Please note that only select Birks branded products may be shipped internationally. Non-Birks branded items may be purchased directly from the brand’s website.


CAN MAISON BIRKS ENSURE MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

While we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date, we will provide you with the shipping details of your order as soon as the tracking number becomes available to our team. We ship express. Shipping may take between 2-5 business days after fulfillment, remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days. If you wish to receive your order by a specific date, you may Contact our Client Services team at info@birks.com. We will try our utmost best to accommodate your request.


CAN I PLACE A ORDER FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ON THE SITE OR CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?

If there is a Birks Bridal or fine jewellery piece that is not available in the material and size of your liking, you can contact our Client Experience team at info@birks.com to inquire about the possibility of a special order.

CAN I BUY A HALF PAIR OF EARRINGS TO REPLACE THE ONE I LOST?

Maison Birks offers a selection of paired earrings. While we are unable to split a pair of earrings to sell just one, we will gladly assist you in finding a new single earring to style your current piece.


WILL MAISON BIRKS CALL TO ASK FOR MOBILE VERIFICATION ON AN ORDER?

Our payment provider may use automated mobile verification for credit card orders. Maison Birks will never ask for this code. In cases where you may receive a call requesting the code sent to you, do not do so. We advise you to hang up immediately and call your bank using the number on the back of your credit card.
