Maison Birks / FAQ
Shipping is free of charge for orders shipping to Canada. For orders outside Canada, it is the client's responsibility to pay any applicable duties and sales taxes on the items shipped outside of Canada.
Log into your account and click on “My Orders.” Your order will be in one of the following statuses:
New: Your order has been acknowledged and is awaiting processing.
Order Placed: Your specialized order has been placed by our team and is awaiting processing.
Processing: Your order is being processed by our team and if further information is required, we will reach out to you.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped from our distribution center and shipping information was sent by email.
Returned: Your order has been is being processed for a return and refund.
Cancelled: Your order has been is being processed for cancellation and a refund.
Maison Birks orders can only be shipped within Canada at this time.
For orders outside Canada, contact our Client Services team at [email protected]. Please provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, as well as the item you would like to buy and its size (if applicable). Please note that only select Birks branded products can be shipped internationally. For non-Birks branded items, please check the brand’s website for purchasing.

Maison Birks offers a selection of paired and single earrings. We are unable to break a pair to sell just one earring, but we will gladly assist you in finding a new single earring to style your current piece.
Our payment provider may use automated mobile verification for credit card orders. Maison Birks will never ask for this code. In cases where you may receive a call requesting the code sent to you, do not do so. We advise you to hang up immediately and call your bank using the number on the back of your credit card.
