Order before Friday, December 20^th for delivery by December 24^th, 2022. For order with engraving, order before December 16^th for delivery by December 24^th, 2022.

*Maison Birks is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc. Orders will be shipped by Fedex and require signature upon delivery. Some delays may occur for shipments to remote locations. Maison Birks does not ship to P.O. boxes.

For Canadian orders *

Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada. To ensure the satisfaction of parcel reception, all our packages require a signature upon delivery. All purchases arrive in a signature Birks Blue Box®. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days business days.

RETURNS

You can return regular-priced products by mail or at a Maison Birks store within 30 days of your order date, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or personalized and must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, and warranty materials. Extended Holiday Return Policy

For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online at MaisonBirks.com or in a Maison Birks store from December 1-31, 2022, returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 16, 2023, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. All claims, returns, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and warranty materials. Please note that this extended return policy DOES NOT apply to items purchased on sale and/or as part of a promotional offer. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Birks Diamond Engagement Rings
