HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Regular priced Birks branded merchandise purchased online at www.maisonbirks.com during November 18th to December 14th, 2019 may be returned by mail or exchanged/refunded in stores with an original packing slip through January 15th, 2020. Merchandise purchased after December 14th falls under Maison Birks non-holiday return policy.
RETURNS
You can return regular-priced products by mail or at a Birks store within 30 days of your order date. There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise or engraved items online or in-store.
