All purchases arrive in a complementary signature Birks Blue Box®️. To ensure the satisfaction of parcel reception, all our packages require signature upon delivery.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Regular priced Birks branded merchandise purchased online at www.maisonbirks.com during November 18th to December 14th, 2019 may be returned by mail or exchanged/refunded in stores with an original packing slip through January 15th, 2020. Merchandise purchased after December 14th falls under Maison Birks non-holiday return policy.
RETURNS
You can return unworn regular-priced products by mail or at a Birks store within 30 days of your order date. There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise or engraved items online or in-store.
